Petersen Inc. was established in 1961, growing from a garage to over 490,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing, specialized fabrication and precision machining space and over 1.4 million square feet of 3PL warehouse and distribution facilities.

Today, we’re recognized as a leader in providing world-class manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, precision machining, and assembly services to a  variety of United States and International customers.

In April 2022, Precinmac, a diversified manufacturer of high-precision machined components and assemblies in the aerospace and defense, semiconductor, medical and general industrials sectors, acquired Petersen Inc. The acquisition expands Precinmac’s capabilities and differentiated value proposition to meet our customers growing and diversified needs.
