Located in the heart of a precision manufacturing cluster of businesses in Chicopee, MA, Hoppe Technologies operates in a modern, 40,000 square foot, climate controlled manufacturing facility on 3.5 acres of land. 37,500 square feet is dedicated to manufacturing while 7,000 square feet is used for office space.

We run a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week facility that boasts lights-out production capability thanks to our perpetual capital reinvestment. Hoppe Technologies has evolved into a single-source solution for close tolerance fabrication, machining and finishing of alloy, specialty alloy and composite materials. We collaborate with our customers in Design for Manufacturing events to lower cost, shorten lead times, increase predictability and provide on-time inventories.

Capabilities

Engineering & Programming

We provide customized, turnkey engineering support for our customers. Every part is processed using Solidworks® and reviewed by engineers before release to the shop floor. Our programming team uses Vericut® CNC simulation software to test and perfect programs in virtual space before we begin machining parts—this ensures quality and predictability right from the start.
